Hot Stones massage is an ancient therapy dating back 5000 years. Its original method was used by the Indians, Mayans, Chinese, Tibetans and the American Indian shamans.It is performed using Basalt stones as they originate from volcanic eruption and they have the capacity to retain heat for much longer than other stones. The treatment has amazing decongesting effects on muscular and nervous tension and  the ability to eliminate toxins which creates a feeling of well being for the client. It is ten times deeper and the benefits are said to last ten times longer than traditional techniques.

  • Broken Bones
  • Infectious skin conditions

  • Cardio-vascular conditions (thrombosis, phlebitis, hypertension, heart conditions)
  • Any condition already being treated by a medical practitioner

  • Nervous or psychotic conditions
  • Heart problems, angina, those with pacemakers

Aftercare Advice

To get the most benefit out of you treatment try to follow the aftercare advice for the next 24-48 Hours;

  • Drink lots of water to help eliminate toxins from the body
  • Rest/no strenuous exercise
  • Only eat a light diet
  • Avoid caffiene/alcohol and smoking
